How often do you hear FREE or NO OBLIGATION and think "yeh right!" Well this is a free and no obligation service I offer to sellers who are concerned that their property appraisal is higher than they think it should be. If you would like to excersize the right to protest your property taxes, I wil be happy to do a market analysis of your property. This is a free service and all I ask is that you give me the opportunity to meet with you in person to go over the results as you will be better versed in how to approach the appraisal district when I have explained the numbers for you. Please keep in mind that a market analysis doesn't always prove the tax appraiser wrong, but at least you have the information to either take action or accept that your property values have increased.
