That's right!! I'm going against the real estate standard- "Protect your commission" and am now offering my sellers a flat %-one time cut, which will save several thousands of dollars at the closing table. As an independant broker/owner, who doesn't pay a large portion of my income in commission dollars and franchise fees to another broker, I have the unique flexibility to offer my sellers a great reduction in commission while still offering all of the marketing that any other broker offers-full website access, mls and associated search engines, signage, lockbox use and monitoring, handling and negotiating contracts through closing and more!
